Returns

I have received a wrong item. What do I do?
Call or e-mail us, and we will send you a new item as soon as possible. You are also welcome to return the wrong item to us at the address Færøvej 3, 8700 Horsens, and then we will exchange it for the correct item.

Can I return an item?
We only accept returns by appointment.

Can I get products in assortment?
Yes, you can. You merely need to note on the order that you wish to receive the product in assortment.

How do I get my money back for a returned item?
When you have returned an item by appointment, Nordahl Andersen will issue a credit note that you have to deduct from future orders yourself. For delivery service customers (Danish) / SEPA customers (German), the amount is automatically deducted from the next payment.

I have not received a refund for the products I have returned. What do I do?
Call us at +45 6611 1700 and we will look into it.

Are there specific products that cannot be returned?
