Where do I find my previous invoices and credit notes?
Under "Customer Portal" you can see a list of your invoices, your orders or your credit notes, respectively.

How do I change my password?
On your dashboard (under customer portal) you can change your password. Simply click on "change password".

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Click on "Forgotten password" when signing in. You will then be sent a link to reset your password.

Do you offer EDI?
No, we unfortunately do not currently offer EDI. We can, however, offer, when sending an invoice as a PDF, also send a file in another format with the most basic information. If you are interested in this, contact customer service at +45 6611 1700.

Can I get an excel file with invoice information sent to me?
Yes, customer service can help you with this. Contact us at export@noa.dk or +45 6611 1700, then we will set up your account for this.

Can I choose to have my orders sent on a single or specific week days?
Yes - if you want, we offer to gather your orders in one or more weekly deliveries as agreed.

What does a delivery arrangement entail?
We offer delivery arrangement with either one or two set dispatch days per week or with dispatch on all days with incoming orders. These arrangements consist of a set monthly fee depending on how often you want your orders dispatched. It is also an option to choose one or more set dispatch days with ordinary billing of delivery following usage.

Do you offer delivery service/Sepa?

How do I get shown on your shopfinder?
To be shown on the shopfinder for the respective brands, you need to have bought a minimum number of products from that brand in the previous year. This is to ensure that customers do not come to your store expecting to find a fair selection of products from a specific brand but then be disappointed when the selection is too small. The shopfinder is updated based on the respective stores' purchases of the different brands every six months. If you, based on that, is confused as to why your store is not shown, do contact customer service.

Can I access all previous invoices and credit notes?
Yes. You can find a total list of previous invoices and credit notes by clicking on your customer portal.

Can I download the data on the products I have ordered?
Currently, you do not have the option to download the total product data yourself. You can, however, find relevant attributes on noa.dk on every single product. Do you need the data of products from a specific order, that you might want delivered as an Excel-file, please contact customer service at export@noa.dk or +45 6611 1700, and we will try to help you.

Can I download images of the products I have ordered?
Yes, you can find images in the picture database at the bottom of the page under "Customer Service".

Can I pay with MobilePay/VOEC (Norway)?
MobilePay/VOEC is not a possibility. You can pay via invoice or with credit card.
