On which products can I order engraving?
We engrave a good selection of our products. On every product on noa.dk, it will be shown whether it can be engraved.

How do I order an engraving?
You order engraving when you have selected the specific product on noa.dk. Choose font and enter the text that should be engraved. Be aware that both the font and the product's shape can limit the length of the text. Have that in mind when you write the text for engraving.

How long is the delivery time on an item with engraving?
From ordering to delivery, you can expect up to 10 days.

Can an engraved item be exchanged or refunded?
No, it cannot.

Is the delivery time longer when I order engraving as part of my order?
Yes - you should expect a longer delivery time on products with engraving. Normally, you will receive the product within 8 days when it is sent to Denmark.

Where on the item is the engraving?
Unless something else is specified, we will choose a fitting font and place the engraving where it looks the nicest.

I have gotten a wrong engraving on an item. What do I do?
Contact customer service. We do our best and rarely make mistakes but we are human.

What is the cost of having a product engraved?
The price is the same for all engravings. Find the price on products eligible for engraving.
