What does it cost to get my products delivered?
Cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume of your package. For more specific information, contact us at export@noa.dk or +45 6611 1700.

Do I receive a tracking number?
You don't receive a tracking number. However, you do receive a copy of the invoice when the product is packed and ready to be dispatched from our warehouse. If you want a tracking number, send us an e-mail or call us.

What delivery service do you use?
We use PostNord in Denmark, and then Leman and Blue Water Shipping for countries outside of the EU as well as in the Northatlantic.

Can I get my products giftwrapped?
We do not offer to giftwrap your products.

How long is the delivery time?
Generally, your order will be dispatched the next bank day after you have placed your order, except orders of engravings and personalised orders. If you have a weekly dispatch arrangement, your order will be dispatched on the next arranged weekday. Read more on delivery times here.

I have not received my package. What do I do?

I have received a package that was not meant for me. What do I do?
Call us as soon as possible at +45 6611 1700.

I have a delivery arrangement. How does this work when I order on noa.dk?
That means that your orders will be gathered and dispatched once a week, and you will also only be invoiced for one collective delivery price per weekly delivery.

Can I order the products to be directly delivered to my customers? 
Unfortunately, we do not offer to send the products directly to your customers.
