My item is broken. What do I do?
Send an e-mail with a picture of the broken item and an item number if possible, and we will send you a new item as soon as possible. Alternatively, you are also more than welcome to send the item to the address where we will exchange the item:

Be aware that wear and tear or wrongful use of the item is not covered by your right of complaint.
How long is my right of complaint timeframe?
You have 24 months right of complaint, but complaints regarding errors on an item shall be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the error is discovered or should have been discovered after a normal check of the item.
