If you have a complaint, please fill out our complaint form with the necessary information. You will find the sheet here. It is important that the error is described for each product number. Attach the complaint form together with the defective item (s) and send it to our head office:

At Nordahl Andersen, we accept complaints due to production errors and defects for up to 24 months from the invoicing date. Wear and tear or misuse is not considered a justified complaint. Complaints regarding defects in an item must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered during a regular inspection of the item.

When we receive the complaint by post, we process it within two working days. However, there may be longer processing time during busy periods. We always exchange the item if possible. If the item cannot be repaired or is out of our range, a credit note will be issued. This is of course, provided that the item can be approved as a complaint. If a defective product is not eligible for a complaint, we will contact you by telephone or in writing. If the complaint is urgent, then you have the opportunity to order the complaint from us. You can order the item in our BTB portal or by e-mail, telephone or fax. We cover the shipping costs of the replacement.

We recommend that you collect your complaints and send them to us every six months. You can also send the complaints directly to your seller / agent, and he / she will deliver these to us in Denmark. In those cases, however, a longer treatment time must be expected.
