If you have a complaint, please fill out our complaint form with the necessary information. You will find the sheet here. It is important that the error is described for each product number. Attach the complaint form together with the defective item (s) and send it to our agent:

At Nordahl Andersen, we accept complaints due to production errors and defects for up to 24 months from the invoicing date. Wear and tear or misuse is not considered a justified complaint. Complaints regarding defects in an item must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered during a regular inspection of the item.

We process complaints within 2-3 working days from the day we receive the shipment. However, there may be longer processing time during busy periods.

We always exchange the item if possible. If the item cannot be repaired or is out of our range, a credit note will be issued. This is of course, provided that the item can be approved as a complaint. If a defective item is not eligible for a complaint, we will contact you by telephone or in writing.
