Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for Nordahl Andersen ApS Færøvej 3 8700 Horsens Denmark E-mail: info@noa.dk / Phone: +45 6611 1700 / CVR-number: 30074785, then referred to as Nordahl Andersen, must apply to all orders - and take precedence over other conditions etc. from a customer – unless Terms and Conditions are waived by express written agreement. Terms and Conditions can be changed without notice.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When a customer has placed an order, it is binding. A binding contract is made between both parties regarding terms and conditions of the products when the customer receives a written order confirmation from Nordahl Andersen concerning terms and conditions of the products. The order is confirmed with reservations for access to goods etc. Should any unforeseen problems ensue, or should we receive an unsatisfactory customer credit rating after having sent the order confirmation, then Nordahl Andersen have the right to annul the order without liability of any kind or have the right to demand a full prepayment. If the customer wishes to annul the confirmed order the customer needs to obtain a prior written consent from Nordahl Andersen.
ORDER AT NOA.DK
The online shop is open 24 hours a day but may be closed due to maintenance services. We try to perform such maintenance services during the night, to the extent deemed possible.
An order that was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Nordahl Andersen reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified
- There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like
AT WHAT POINT IN THE ORDERING PROCESS ARE YOU BOUND BY YOUR ORDER?
Before submitting the order, you have the option to make changes to your order or to remove goods from your shopping cart.
When you click "Pay" a receipt appears on your screen. From this moment on you are bound by the contract of purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
ORDERING OF ENGRAVINGS
Bestilling af gravering foretages på noa.dk. Bemærk at graveringsordre har en længere leveringstid end øvrige bestillinger. Ved afgivelse af graveringsordrer pr. telefon, påtager Nordahl Andersen sig ikke ansvaret for evt. fejlkommunikationer og/eller fejlgraveringer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 working days after we received the order, while additional orders such as orders from noa.dk are shipped on the following first working day upon receipt. However, please note that the delivery time is longer when ordering wedding rings and engravings.
Nordahl Andersen selects and books the freight carrier. The transportation time may vary depending on the destination, but you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-7 working days.
Please allow for longer delivery times during busy periods.
DELIVERY PRICES
Freight is added to all shipments in accordance with Nordahl Andersen’s freight rates, which are calculated based on the weight and size of the shipment and the number of packages.

PRICES
All product prices are listed in EUR and do not include VAT and any customs duties and taxes. The prices quoted are subject to changes in customs and other taxes and duties as well as exchange rate fluctuations and can be adjusted upwards until delivery is made. Nordahl Andersen notifies the customer of any price changes. The resale prices are determined by the customer at his own discretion.
CONDITIONS
Nordahl Andersen is responsible for shipments from the time they are shipped from our warehouse till the time you (the recipient) acknowledge receipt. If you make your own arrangements for pick up with a carrier then you are also responsible for the shipment from the time it is shipped from the Nordahl Andersen warehouse.
PAYMENT
Payment to Nordahl Andersen must be made by invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payment due date is printed on the invoice.
When you make a purchase on noa.dk you can use any of the following payment methods: VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro or JCB. Any of these payment methods equals a cash payment, which means that the money is withdrawn from your account when your purchased item(s) are shipped from our warehouse.
Credit Card verification number (CVV)
If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's security code. You can find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the credit card's back. The security code is necessary for the payment to be processed and for maintaining a high level of security. There may also be other similar safety precautions.
Two factor authentication
You will be asked to provide your mobile number. Thereafter, you will receive a text message with a code you shall enter in the end to complete the payment.
Late payment
In case of late payment an interest on arrears with 2 % per month is added from the due date. Nordahl Andersen has the right to postpone delivery of orders or annul orders without incurring any liability, if the customer has any unpaid, past due payments relating to previous orders. The customer must compensate Nordahl Andersen for any loss that may occur as a consequence thereof.
DEFICIENCY OBJECTIONS AND POWERS
Nordahl Andersen must receive all objections regarding deficiencies no later than 8 days after the delivery of the products. Should deficiencies be found Nordahl Andersen is not responsible for any other direct or indirect disturbance of the customer’s company, indirect losses, operating losses, time losses, loss of profits or any other loss.

FORCE MAJEURE
Nordahl Andersen is not liable for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to these Terms and Conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control, such as: War and mobilization; rebellion and civil disobedience; terrorism; natural disasters; strike and lockout; shortages of goods; errors, deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or if a subcontractor is affected by the circumstances; fire; lack of transportation; currency restrictions; import- and export restrictions; death, illness or absence of key employees; computer virus; or other circumstances beyond Nordahl Andersen’s direct control. In any of such circumstances the affected part, Nordahl Andersen, is entitled to postpone its fulfilment of the obligation until the obstacle has ceased, or alternatively to cancel the agreement completely or partially without taking any responsibility for it, if the obstacle leads to a more than 6 months delay of the fulfilment.
PRODUCT LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Nordahl Andersen is responsible for injury of persons or things caused by Nordahl Andersen products or services after they have been placed on the market or have been performed in accordance with the law. Regardless of the above, Nordahl Andersen is not responsible for any other direct or indirect disturbance of the customer’s company, indirect losses, operating losses, time losses, loss of profits or any other loss.
PERSONAL DATA
In connection to the completion of a customer’s order and as part of the fulfilment of contract, processing of personal data may take place. In some instances, the customer’s personal data will be passed on to other independent data controllers, for example a freight company, so that the given company can carry out the order. All personal data is processed with the necessary level of security and is not stored for longer than it is needed and within the timeframe of the law. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract must be subject to and interpreted in accordance with Danish law regardless of any present international rules of private law to the extend that the implementation of such rules would result in a different choice of law than Danish law. The convention on contracts for international sale of goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Any dispute, which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
However, the supplier is always entitled to take legal action against the customer at the customer's place of jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable law of the respective country.
