Purpose, category of personal data and processing basis
If you make a purchase, we register a number of information about you. Including name, address, postal code, city, country, telephone, email address, order, tracking number (delivery), payment information and possibly company address. The information is used to:
- identify you as a buyer, which is a requirement according to the VAT executive order.
- send receipt for purchase in accordance with data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)
- payment of order according to data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)
- delivery of product art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)

Storage of your information
Accounting material will be stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates according to Accounting Act (invoice).
Information that is not considered accounting material is deleted when the product is delivered and received by the buyer (email address and phone number).
Tracking number will be stored for 6 months, since we experience that errors may occur in relation to delivery according to data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f (legitimate interest).
We can pass on your information to the following recipients
