Purpose, category of personal data and processing basis

If you make a purchase, we register a number of information about you. Including name, address, postal code, city, country, telephone, email address, order, tracking number (delivery), payment information and possibly company address. The information is used to:

• identify you as a buyer, which is a requirement according to the VAT executive order.
• send receipt for purchase in accordance with data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)
• payment of order according to data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)
• delivery of product art. 6, subsection 1, letter b (agreement)
• contact you in the event of, for example, delayed delivery in accordance with data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f (legitimate interest)

Storage of your information

Accounting material will be stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates according to Accounting Act (invoice). 
Information that is not considered accounting material is deleted when the product is delivered and received by the buyer (email address and phone number).  
Tracking number will be stored for 6 months, since we experience that errors may occur in relation to delivery according to data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f (legitimate interest).

We can pass on your information to the following recipients

• Payment solution provider - necessary for payment.  
• Freight companies – delivery of product.

We use IT suppliers who carry out a number of tasks on our behalf. This may involve access to your personal data when our IT systems need to be maintained. In addition, your information is entrusted to our suppliers including: website hosting, webshop platform support, accounting system, payment gateway for the website as well as logistics and distribution system.

When we receive your inquiry via social media, the registration of your information will only be processed by the selected media.  

There may be a possibility that your personal data will be transferred to a third country when you contact us. The reason for this is that Facebook and Instagram i.a. is established in the United States. In order to ensure a sufficient level of protection in the event of a transfer Instagram has entered into the EU Commission's standard contracts and Facebook has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Purpose of the processing, category of personal data and basis for processing

If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, you thus consent to us informing you about new products, offers, inspiration and campaigns in accordance with data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter a. For this reason, we register your email address. In addition, we register which feature of the newsletter (country and customer category) you have chosen to sign up for. This is necessary in order to adapt the language, currency and content of the newsletter accordingly. data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f (legitimate interest).   

We also register the name of your store if it is necessary to identify you among your colleagues, who may also be registered for our newsletter in accordance with nature. 6, subsection 1, letter f (legitimate interest).
