Candle holder - Heart - gold-plated

The Christmas candle holder with a miniature of the braided heart. 
It’s said that Hans Christian Andersen was the first to ever braid one of those hearts as a gift for Matilda, the youngest daughter of H.C. Ørstad. 
 
The elegant miniature can easily be removed from the holder and used as an adornment hanging from a string or ribbon. 
The Christmas candle holder is made in gold-plated brass.
