How long is the delivery on wedding rings?
From day of ordering, standard delivery can be up to 14 week days.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail of my order. What do I do?
First, check that you have correctly processed your order on our ring designer, that the order is complete. If the order is complete, check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, call us at +45 6611 1700.

I have an urgent order, what do I do?
The ring designer gives the option of picking express delivery. When you pick this, the new delivery date will be shown alongside an additional fee for the express delivery.

Can I become a retailer of your wedding brand?
It's possible to become a retailer of the Siersbøl Wedding brand in Denmark, as well as on the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland. If you are not yet a retailer but are interestered, you can contact our seller, Lene Haastrup Madsen, at 4084 2778 or lenehm@noa.dk.
